These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from The Towel Cozy Limited.
Please read the terms carefully and ensure that you understand them fully before placing an order

Terms of Sale
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, the order will be dispatched.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this, a contract is not made until we dispatch your order. If your item is out of stock we can provide a substitute or a refund.
How to place an order
Search for the products you wish to purchase and click on them to add it to your shopping cart. Once the items are in your shopping cart, follow the instructions on the page and when prompted fill out the boxes which will include your name, address, delivery address, contact phone numbers and email address. Continue to payment and shipment options filling out the correct details.
A review of your order will appear, please check all details are correct and amend any errors if necessary. Once all details are correct please confirm the order with us. You will then receive an email confirmation of your order. All prices quoted are Pounds Sterling.
Payment may be made using PayPal or a debit or credit card via Paypal. We accept the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, and Visa debit. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by The Towel Cozy Limited. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to The Towel Cozy Limited, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Paypal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
We do not hold any financial information on this website.
Dispatch and Delivery
We only want the best for you so we only offer one type of delivery service with Royal Mail. Royal Mail Signed For 1st class aims to deliver your parcel the next working day and gives you the added benefits of, proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver, the ability to check on line or on your mobile to see when your item has been delivered.
Compensation may be payable in the event of loss or damage if proof of posting and evidence can be provided by Royal Mail. It is the buyers responsibility to carry out this claims process
If you are not in the United Kingdom please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine the shipping charge for your country and destination.
Cancellation and Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your Towel Cozy Set must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start processing your return please email email@example.com with proof of purchase whilst also outlining your full name, date and method of purchase. Please state the reason for the return and we will respond accordingly. Please note that we may need photo evidence as part of your return process.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only items sold at the recommended retail price may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt and before the client has used them. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Towel Cozy Limited, RETURNS, 22 Alan Turing Road, Loughborough, LEICS, LE11 2NQ, United Kingdom. DO NOT ship your item unless you have ALREADY emailed us and had a response
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item with a value in excess of £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on images as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
We have made every effort to display the Logo on our products that appear on product images as accurately as possible. However, the logo position and style may vary from image to product.
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Outlining order number / reference and a brief description of the problem. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Changes to these terms
These terms were last changed in December 2015. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
